In my opinion 2015 hasn't been a great year for fragrance.
I got 9 newly released fragrances this year which is less than 2013 and 2014, although there are a few on the want list that still haven't made their way into my collection.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Sorbet and Daisy Eau So Fresh Sorbet were released at the beginning of 2015 both of which are lovely. I have bought the Daisy and Daisy Eau So Fresh limited edition releases over the past few years and they have all been really nice.
Daisy Sorbet is a lovely white floral scent with a hint of sweet violet. It is very uplifting and it makes me think of springtime.
Daisy Eau So Fresh Sorbet is a much sweeter, fruitier scent. It is my favourite of the two which is great because it comes in a larger 75ml bottle; Daisy Sorbet comes in a 50ml bottle.
Nina Ricci Delices de Nina was also released early in the year. It is quite sweet and is an obvious relative of the original Nina with its metallic-like scent. I have to admit it is similar to other Nina Ricci releases in the apple shaped bottles, but I do really like it.
I bought Chanel Chance Eau Vive as soon as it came out. It is a nice addition to the Chance line. It has its own personality. It is citrusy but also floral. I really like it, but the original Chance and Chance Eau Fraiche are my favourites from this amazing line.
DKNY Delicious Delights Dreamsicle is a sweet, peach scented fragrance. It is light and summery. This was released alongside Delicious Delights Cool Swirl and Delicious Delights Fruity Rooty and although I think they're all terribly named they are all great, original scents; not smelling similar to the other fragrances from the Be Delicious line.
DKNY Delicious Delights Cool Swirl is pistachio scented. It is quite sweet, but it also has a play-doh type scent to it.
DKNY Delicious Delights Fruity Rooty combines delicious, sweet berries with violet and rose. This is the sweetest of the three fragrances.
I couldn't choose a favourite of the three Delicious Delights fragrances. They are all so different and uniquely delightful.
I got Marc Jacobs Violet for Christmas. It has a sweet, creamy floral scent with a touch of fizziness. It doesn't really smell like violets at all to me.
I ordered Vera Wang Hippie Princess online today. I tried it when it first came out and really liked it. It is a sweet, fruity scent. I wonder if 2016 will see another Princess release.
There are some other fragrances from 2015 that I do want to add to my collection, but have not purchased yet, Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Forever, Jimmy Choo Illicit and Marc Jacobs Decadence being the main fragrances I have my eye on!

My Post Christmas Purchases!
I have to say I haven't been very impressed with the sales, but that doesn't mean that I haven't spent an absolute fortune since Christmas.
On boxing day I ordered Lolita Lempicka Sweet eau de parfum. I hadn't been able to find a tester so it was a blind buy. It arrived this morning and I'm very pleased with it. It opens with a cherry scent and it also has sweet floral notes. It is quite a subtle fragrance.

I also got the Real Techniques mini brush set with 3 small brushes in it. The brushes are even smaller than I expected, all less the 4 inches long.
I also ordered this Yankee tart burner which I think is gorgeous. It hasn't arrived yet though.
I also bought myself these gorgeous 9ct gold triangular diamond stud earrings. I absolutely love them. The pictures don't do them justice.
I also got this check patterned scarf. I love the colours. I can't wait for it to arrive.

Gucci Blooms Print Pumps
I am so tempted by Gucci's Blooms Print Pumps!
I love the design. They are supposed to come in gold, cerise and emerald green, but I wouldn't describe the colours quite like that. The gold shoe looks almost silver, the cerise a dark red and the green shoe leans a bit too much towards blue for your average emerald.
I think out of the three colours I'd actually get more wear out of the 'emerald green' pair.
The heel height is 95mm. They also do a 75mm option in 'blush pink', which I also love.
I would love to find these waiting for me under the Christmas tree!

My Hilariously Hideous Christmas Shoes!
I've never had a Christmas jumper but I have these hilarious shoes that I could pass off as 'Christmas shoes'. I got them a few years ago.
I really hated them at first but as I scrolled past them more and more on the Irregular Choice website I started to think they were so bad that I had to have them.

Check out the glittery 1cm heel.
They are Irregular Choice Rockhoppers and they also come in a far-too-wearable dark blue. The dark blue colour is lovely, but I talked myself into getting the purple ones because they are even more hideous.

The snow where the penguin stands is made from fake fur and the snow drops are furry as well.
I still haven't worn them, although I was tempted last year. I will have to put them on between now and Christmas.

10 Fragrances On My Want List!
Here are 10 fragrances I have had on my want list for what seems like ages. There are a few new fragrances I am eager to get my hands on, but these ones seem to have been on my list for ages.
I love perfume and I have a huge collection, but there's always something more out there that I would love.
Dior's Dolce Vita is an underrated fragrance. I hardly ever hear people mention it. I love a lot of Dior's scents and the ones I own have the best longevity and projection of all of the fragrances I have.
It seems like I am the only person who doesn't own Paco Rabanne's Lady Million. It has been on my want list for ages.
I tried Vera Wang Be Jeweled when it first came out and I liked it, but never did get round to purchasing it.
I absolutely love Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb, but I couldn't choose between the eau de toilette and the eau de parfum so didn't get round to buying either. I have the Flowerbomb La Vie En Rose fragrance and I love that one too.
Sisley Soir De Lune is another fragrance I've had on my list for a while. This is a 2006 creation.
I was going to get Tom Ford Violet Blonde for Christmas last year, but then I wanted Tom Ford's Velvet Orchid which came out so Violet Blonde is still on the 'to get' list.
Gucci Flora is another classic I haven't got round to purchasing. I have a few of the garden collection versions; Glorious Mandarin (yellow) and Gorgeous Gardenia (pink).
Jo Malone English Pear and Freesia is another fragrance I would really like. It has a lovely scent; one of my favourites from Jo Malone.
I love Frederic Malle's Lipstick Rose. I tried it in Liberty's early this year and I was impressed with the scent and the longevity so it's definitely one I hope to get my hands on at some point in the future.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh is another classic that I still don't have. A lot of people have said that this is their wedding day scent. I really want to get the 125ml bottle even though it'll take me years to get through.

My Christmas Shopping - Stocking Fillers!
I have done most of my Christmas shopping already and I have found some cute little stocking fillers to finish off some of the gifts to my family.
I love these socks from New Look and there are so many more designs. I bought a pair each for my friends. They cost £4 for 3 pairs.

I've also got a few goodies from Lush. I bought the Peeping Santa bubble bar and the Yog Nog bath bomb.
I also found this Chewits branded bath and shower gel and hand wash. I'm interested to try them out for myself. I think they are a fun idea.
I have also bought an Airwick silhouette colour change candle. I had one myself a few years ago without the silhouette design on the glass holder. The one below is cinnamon roasted chestnuts scented.

Shoe purchases and Irregular Choice's Star Wars Designs!
I bought this pair of nude patent heels by Truffle Collection this week. I love the straight heel on them. I have similar pairs from Shoe Box in light blue and Tesco in lilac which I bought in the summer.
Yesterday I ordered the over the knee boots I've been loving from New Look. I looked for them in every New Look store I could find, but they only had larger sizes in stock so I ordered them online.
Hopefully I won't see any more shoes that I love this year. I already have far too many pairs. I have to confess that I had a peek on the Irregular Choice website yesterday and they certainly have some interesting new creations especially if you're a Star Wars fan..
The lightsaber heels are called Skywalker. They have flashing lightsaber heels which are activated by gentle impact on the soles (not the heels) and they also have sound effects which are activated with a click button. The batteries can be recharged by micro USB connector. They cost £210.00.
I think the ankle boots with Darth Vader and Stormtrooper on the heels are the coolest. They are called The Death Star and cost £275.00.
The flat shoes are called Darth Vader and cost £110.00.

The Christmas Wish List So Far..!
There are so many lovely things that I have had my eye on lately. Some of them may have to go on my Christmas list.
My favourite item that I am in love with is this lovely pair of over the knee boots from New Look. I don't think I can wait until Christmas for them.
The next thing that I really love is this gorgeous morganite, pink sapphire and diamond ring. I have had my eye on this since about February but still haven't made the purchase. It is from QVC.
There are two perfumes I have been desperately wanting to add to my collection lately. I love Vera Wang by Vera Wang...
And Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Forever is a lovely scent. I bought the original Daisy Dream, but I came to really dislike it. The new 'Forever' version is a lot less harsh.
I have looked everywhere for a new purse this year and there isn't anything I really love to be honest. I do like this Marc Jacobs purse, but they have sold out in brown on selfridges.com and I'm not as keen on it in black. I might be able to find it somewhere else.
Another thing I have wanted for a while is a foot spa. The perfect way to end a lazy, chilled out Sunday with a pamper session, a foot spa and good book.
My final choice is some 9ct rose gold stud earrings. I love rose gold and haven't got any plain rose gold studs so it feels like something my jewellery box is lacking.

October Favourites 2015!
October is possibly my favourite month of the year. I love autumn!
Here are some of the things I've been loving this month.
Here are some of the things I've been loving this month.
Chloe by Chloe is one of my favourite fragrances and I have worn it a lot this month. I wear perfume every day, but people don't often comment on it. I have had two compliments this week about my perfume when I was wearing this. I think it is stronger and longer lasting than most of my other fragrances without being overpowering.
Clinique Comforting Cream Cleanser is my favourite cleanser at the moment. It easily removes all of my make-up and leaves no sticky or greasy residue on my skin.
MUA or MakeUp Academy's Undress Me Too eyeshadow palette has had a lot of use this month. I have been loving the gold shades. The pigmentation is great and the palette only costs £4.00.
I love Clarins Double Serum. It gives my skin a boost and makes it appear more radiant. I have been using this a lot this month. It is expensive, but I think it is worth it.
Lolita Lempicka's Minuit Sonne is another fragrance I have been using quite a lot this month. I love the intense liquorice flower note in it. This is easily one of my top ten perfumes.
I have been loving my elf professional eyeshadow brush this month. It has been my go to brush for applying eye shadow. It is good quality and only costs £2.00.
I have finally started burning my Yankee Christmas Cookie candle this month and I love it. It is a sickly, bakery-sweet scent, but nothing I can't deal with. I have to say although I love Christmas Cookie, I love the Snowflake Cookie Yankee candle more, which I had last winter. It was a light pink colour and it was also a sickly, bakery-sweet scent. I haven't seen that one in the shops this year, but it is available on yankeecandle.co.uk.

Autumn Desires - Make-Up!
There are loads of make-up items that I am after at the minute.
I love Urban Decay's eyeshadow palettes. I have used a few of them, but I still don't own Naked, Naked 2, Naked 3 or the Naked Smoky palette.
I love the Smoky palette and I think Naked 3 has some lovely warm shades in it so they are the two I am lusting after the most.

I have just started on a new Rimmel Scandal Eyes Lycra Flex mascara (left) and I love it, but it isn't waterproof and I tend to get smudges under my eyes if I wear a mascara which is not waterproof so I want to try something different. I have tried Rimmel's Scandal Eyes waterproof mascara and I really liked it, but I also really liked Maybelline's The Rocket Volum' Express waterproof mascara. Although I liked both of them I want to try something different next and Maybelline's Colossal Volum' Express mascara (right) is also waterproof so I think I might give this one a go.
Nars Laguna bronzer has been on my list for way too long.
I really want to try the Barry M Daylight Curing nail polishes. They are supposed to be quite thick gel-like polishes. Barry M claim that they deliver the look and resilience of pro salon gel nails without a UV lamp or the expense. There is no need for a base coat as the special formulation bonds to the nail like a gel in daylight, but can still be removed with a normal nail polish remover. I have used the Avon gel polishes and I find that you can peel the nail polish off your nails. Instead of it chipping a bit at a time you can peel the whole thing off in one.
The range doesn't have too many colours yet, but I love the pink/purple coloured one, which is called Fuchsia Generation and the nude coloured one which is called Do It Like A Nude.
I think MAC's Springsheen blush looks a lovely colour. I have been trying to decide on a blush colour for a while and I have similar colours from other brands which I think suit my skin tone so this has made it onto my list.
An eyeliner that I am interested in is the Seventeen Tattoo Me Semi Permanent liquid eyeliner. It claims to last for 48 hours. I swatched it and it wouldn't budge with soap and water. I had to use an oil based eye make-up remover to remove it. I wouldn't fancy making a mistake with this one.
There aren't any lip products I can think of that I am desperate to try. I have way too many lipsticks anyway. I'm sure there's some colours in my collection that I could rediscover.
