May Favourites and Desirables!

Here are a few of the products I've been loving this month.

Avon's Super Shock mascara has been a favourite of mine for a long time now. I love the wand. It is so much better than the other mascaras that I own. The only thing I don't like about it is it isn't waterproof and I find it sometimes smudges underneath my eyes so I'm looking at investing in a waterproof mascara soon. I'm thinking of trying one by Rimmel.

This L'Oreal Ever Riche hair mask is really nice. I love using hair masks and this one smells great and leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth.

I absolutely love Benefit's Lemon Aid and use it as an eyelid primer every day. I am running out of this at the minute so need to replace mine..

I love Sure deodorant. I think it works better than any other brand. I am using this Cotton Fresh one at the minute. I bought it, forgetting that this scent makes me choke. I love it in Radiant (purple can) and Bright (pink can) though.

I've had Versace Bright Crystal for a while and I wore it for the first time in ages and had forgotten how much I loved it.

Now for the things that I desire..

Chanel No 5 Eau Premiere is now available in the classic bottle as an eau de parfum. I'd been considering the eau de toilette for a while and now I'm not sure which one I should get.
I love the original No 5 and I have both the eau de toilette and the eau de parfum.

Searching for Benefit Lemon Aid online led me to find this MUA (MakeUp Academy) Pro-Base Prime and Conceal, which is a dupe of Lemon Aid and it costs just £1.50. As I am looking to replace my Lemon Aid I am going to have to give this one a go. It has great reviews. I have tried a few different Superdrug stores now and neither had it, but I'm really excited to try this out when I can get my hands on it.

I also fancy getting some Barry M nail polishes in pastel shades. I'm jealous of everyone having lovely pastel nails at the minute.

Going dotty for summer!

I made the mistake of emptying my wardrobe out the other week, with the belief that I could put everything back neater and maybe squeeze a few more things in. I seem to have made this mistake repeatedly over the years. It is always a nightmare trying to cram more into my already bursting wardrobes!

These are a few of my spotty dresses that I sorted out for the summer.

I love the larger spots on the white dress and the little polka dots on the blue one, which I also love the style of. The green, red and yellow dresses will be great for the summer. We've already had some lovely, sunny days - let's hope there are plenty more this year!

2014 - the year of the Marc Jacobs fragrance!

You're not going to believe me, but this morning I was watching a perfume collection video on youtube. Seeing the bottle of Honey by Marc Jacobs, I thought to myself I bet they will bring another fragrance out in a light pink version of the bottle.
At lunchtime I was on fragrantica.com and there it is announced as their next fragrance.

Due for release for summer 2014, this new eau de parfum is called Pink Honey and has top notes of mandarin, fruit punch and pear, heart notes of orange blossom, peach and honeysuckle and base notes of honey, vanilla and woods.

It is limited edition and it seems that it will only be released in a 50ml size bottle.

Marc Jacobs also have Daisy Dream, which is another summer 2014 release.

I hope Daisy Dream smells nice. I really fancy that one. I have almost everything from the Daisy line and love it all.
Daisy Dream will be released in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml bottles and it is an eau de toilette. It sounds a little bit different with accords of blackberries, pear, blue wisteria, jasmine and coconut water.
Marc Jacobs describes the scent as a more sophisticated and ethereal version of the original Daisy.

I feel Marc Jacobs are releasing these fragrances a bit too quickly for me to keep up with.

2014 has already seen two releases from Marc Jacobs; Daisy Delight and Daisy Eau So Fresh Delight both of which I have in my collection.

Pretty prints!

I have mentioned before that I love printed dresses and I was going through my collection today so I thought I'd share a few of my favourite prints. I love my perfume bottle print dress in black. I love perfume and I love dresses so it was perfect for me.

I think the lipstick print is really original on the white dress.

The navy squirrel print dress is really cute as well.

Cute dragonfly print

Burgundy dress with white hearts - I wear this lots!

I love the deep turquoise colour of this dress. The bird print is really cute as well.

I love the colour of this bee print dress.

Ice lolly print

This print is all things nice - chocolates, roses, kisses, jewellery, lipstick, champagne and love letters! It's very original - I love it!

I love this ditsy floral print as well.

I have many more prints in my collection and lots of spotty and floral dresses as well. I will post more from my collection soon.
