Vera Wang Princess Power

I love Vera Wang's Princess range and I own all of the collection so far so I can't imagine that this new release, Princess Power will stay out of my collection for long.

I find all of the Princess fragrances are universal. They tend to be light, fun, inoffensive, fruity-floral fragrances. From the list of notes I think this one sounds like another crowd pleaser.

The bottle is very colourful and so is the promo poster. This range seems to be aimed at younger girls. All of the Princess fragrances are eau de toilettes.

I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but I've read the list of notes and it sounds nice so I'm looking forward to trying it out.

It has top notes of pear and raspberry, heart notes of delicate jasmine, exotic fragipani and rainbow rose and a base of blonde woods, vanilla and creamy musk.

I'm disappointed to see, that like the last offering Pink Princess, Princess Power is only available in 30ml or 50ml bottles and will not be released in 100ml size like the previous 6 Princess fragrances were.

This is the 8th release from this range and it is one of the few ranges where all of the previous releases are relatively easy to get your hands on.

2006 Princess
2006 Flower Princess
2009 Rock Princess
2009 Glam Princess
2010 Preppy Princess
2012 Princess Night
2013 Pink Princess
2014 Princess Power

I wonder how much longer the list will go on.

Spring is in my step!

I'm loving pastel colours for spring. I really fancy the Pretty Pastels palette by MUA or MakeUp Academy.
It's available from Superdrug or online at muastore.co.uk for just £4.00.
I have the Undressed palette by MUA and the eye shadows are highly pigmented, transfer onto your skin easily and they are lovely colours.

The Pretty Pastels palette has lovely, pretty colours in it.

I bought these shoes from modatoi.co.uk today and I love them. They are such a pretty colour and aren't very high so they will be perfect for going shopping or for days out. I can't wait to wear them. They were only £11.70 reduced from £16.70.

I also ordered a new perfume today, Tous Touch. It's a lovely, floral scent.
Last year while we were on holiday in Europe my fiancé picked this out for me in a perfume shop, but we didn't buy it. It reminds me of that holiday. I can't wait to wear it!

Jimmy Choo Flash London Club

I couldn't get the 100ml bottle of Jimmy Choo Flash London Club I wanted anywhere. No department store stocks larger than 60ml and a lady in Debenhams told me that it was limited edition so was not available in the UK in bottles larger than 60ml.

The only place I could find the 100ml bottle online was worlddutyfree.com, where it teased with the £46.40 price tag, only £4.40 more than the 60ml would cost in Debenhams or House of Fraser, but you obviously can't buy online from worlddutyfree.com so my friend got the 100ml bottle for me when she was going on holiday and she gave it to me yesterday!

It smells similar to the original Flash, but they don't share many of the same notes.

Flash London Club has top notes of bergamot and lychee, a heart of tuberose and base notes of blond woods and musk.

The original Flash has top notes of strawberry, tangerine and pink pepper, heart notes of tuberose, jasmine and white lily and base notes of heliotrope and blond woods.

Flash London Club opens as a lovely, fresh, clean scent like the original. As it dries down it is quite musky and it loses a lot of what reminds me of Flash.
One thing I noticed straight away was that it has very poor projection. I don't notice this on myself like I do with the original Flash and I have seen others say the same.

It is a lovely perfume. It's a shame it doesn't project well.

A lot of people said that the name, Flash London Club was tacky and I do find it a bit cringeworthy. The bottle has also been attacked, having glitter around the bottom. It doesn't come off very easily, but it can come off.
I like the deep purple colour of the glass, but I must admit I prefer the design of the original bottle and I much prefer the scent of the original Flash as well.

The original Flash is my favourite perfume so although this limited edition doesn't live up to the original it is still really nice and I'm really glad to have the 100ml bottle.

Oasis picks!

I'm loving Oasis at the minute.

I saw a lovely peach jacket the other day. There is a similar one on their website, but it is not exactly the same as the one I saw instore.
This costs £50.00 online.

They have loads of lovely dresses as well. Here are 12 I've picked out from their website.

I'm loving the prints. I went mad for them last spring/ summer and Oasis have plenty to choose from.
