Marc Jacobs Divine Decadence

Marc Jacobs Divine Decadence is due to be released in September 2016.

I loved Decadence which was released in 2015 and was described as Marc Jacobs' first 'mature' fragrance. It is very deep and totally different from any other fragrance I own. Hopefully Divine Decadence will fall into the same category.

The fragrance notes are bergamot, champagne, orange blossom, gardenia, hydrangea, honeysuckle, amber, saffron and vanilla.

The notes in the original Decadence fragrance are plum, saffron, iris, Bulgarian rose, Sambac jasmine, orris root, amber, vetiver and papyrus wood so the notes differ a lot between the two fragrances. It will be interesting to try Divine Decadence when it comes out and see if it lives up to the original.

Frederic Malle Lipstick Rose

This month I bought Frederic Malle Lipstick Rose eau de parfum which is available from Liberty.

I have been after this fragrance for a few years. It smells like make-up and roses. I love the smell of make-up and rose is one of my favourite scents as well.

The fragrance was first launched in 2000 and the fragrance notes are rose, violet, musk, vanilla, vetiver, amber and grapefruit.

Clothing Picks

I feel like the shops are all a bit hit and miss at the minute, but here are a few of my favourite items that I have seen lately..

This blue flutter sleeve dress is available at New Look for just £22.99 which I think is well worth it. I have a few dresses in this colour which I really should dig out for the summer.

I love this brown handbag which is from boohoo.com. It looks a lot more expensive than the £20.00 price tag.
I also love these shoes from boohoo.com which are £35.00.
I spotted this floral design dress in Oasis for £75.00.

I have some trousers similar to these ones and I wore them a few times at the beginning of this month. They are really comfy and a stranger told me that they were really nice. These ones are from boohoo.com and they are only £12.00!

This is another cute summery dress which is available from Topshop for £42.00.

EOS lip balm haul

I have been to the USA this month and while I was there I picked up as many EOS lip balms as I could.

The first one I found was the green one which is honeysuckle honeydew and I opened it straight away. It's nice to have plenty of back ups though as it is such a lovely product. It is the exact consistency I like in a lip balm; balmy and moisturising, but not uncomfortably greasy.

The only one I have used in the past was the medicated tangerine one, which I loved and completely used up. I picked up another one this time and also got blueberry acai, lemon drop, passion fruit and pomegranate raspberry.

I am going to ask my sister if she wants one as I think my supply will last me a while.
